New visitors:
If you wish to book your tickets online, please choose the date and time of your visit and then select the ‘New Visitor’ option to complete your booking.
Every newly purchased ticket is automatically upgraded to a Year Ticket at no extra charge, so you can visit us for 12 months from the date of your first visit for free.
When completing your booking, please provide the full name of all visitors to validate your ticket. The names on the ticket must be those of the people visiting. Proof of ID may be requested on arrival at the museum.
Returning visitors:
If you are booking with a valid Year Ticket, please choose the date and time of your visit and then select ‘Revisit’ to complete your booking for a free return visit.
Please remember to bring your annual pass to the museum to show on entry, or quote your unique ID number.
Additional bookings:
If you are booking any additional activities alongside your museum entry ticket, choose the date of your museum visit and follow the booking procedure as normal. You will be given the option to add any available extra activities towards the end of your booking.

(with valid ID. This discount is not valid for Blue Light Cards)

(Due to limited access around the old building)
