Year ticket holder:

This option is for visitors who already have a pre purchased year ticket. Visitor MUST show their ticket on entry into the museum. All tickets purchased between March 2019 and March 2020 are valid for an additional 6 months from its expiry date.
Please note WE DO NOT KEEP RECORDS OF YEAR TICKET HOLDERS.
Any visitor who no longer has their 'Year ticket' would need to re purchase their ticket. Your 'Year ticket' is different to your receipt or Gift Aid form. Year tickets must clearly show the individual names of each person who visited the museum at the time of purchase. Tickets are valid only for the persons named on them.
